


Changes: Any changes to the initial Event Reservation Form are valid only if confirmed in writing by the
staff of Bella Stanza. This procedure is designed to protect you and us in the communication process so that
nothing is overlooked. Please remember that each change, small though it may be, causes a ripple effect,
which if not handled properly can impact your special day. Based upon your Reservation Date, we shall
notify you in advance of cutoff dates for changes, so your event can flow smoothly.
Associated Vendors: Since every event has associated Vendors, which may be hired separately by the
Wedding Party, it is your responsibility to notify each of these Vendors of any changes you have made. If
Bella Stanza hires any of these Vendors on your behalf, we will be responsible for notifying the Vendors.
Please notify us of the vendors you have made arrangements with, so we may schedule appropriate
deliveries and provide set up information to them.
Time of Rental: You will be occupying Bella Stanza for a specific period of time. It is important that the
wedding party adhere to the starting and ending times. Please respect these time limits as others may be
renting the facility before or after your function. Additional hours of use may be purchased if they are
available.
Smoking: Bella Stanza is a NON-Smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted inside the room or near any of
our entrances or exits. An outside-designated smoking area is located on the North end of our building.
Alcohol: If you intend to serve Alcoholic Beverages at your reception, we have a VERY easy to work with
Alcohol policy that could be a HUGE savings. The wedding party may provide alcohol to serve at Bella
Stanza with advance notice and within compliance of the laws of the State of Texas. Special licensed TABC
bartenders and Security Personnel are required. The wedding party, along with the licensed bartenders and
security personnel has the responsibility to see no one drinks to excess. There are no hidden fees, markups,
mandatory tipping, 22% surcharge or any of that nonsense at Bella Stanza
Deposits: A refundable security/cleanup deposit is required for each function held at Bella Stanza. It will be returned in full upon completion of
your function provided no damage has occurred to the property and clean up requirements have been met. Please see our price list for the
security deposit that applies to your function.
Departing Toss: If you decide to have a Newlywed “Rice Toss” at your departure, birdseed, rice, or flower petals may be used outside our
facility to see the bride and groom off. Please use in moderation, as seed on the parking lot can be slippery. Materials not permitted due to
environmental issues include non-biodegradable items such as can sprays, crepe paper, confetti, dyed shavings, metallic flakes or glitter.
Outside Catering: We ask that if you use Caterers that are not on our preferred vendor list, to please provide us with their catering license and
necessary insurance documents as required by law prior to booking them for your event. A member of Bella Stanza management MUST meet
with your caterer to go over the facility rules as well as city ordinances which must be followed. If you intend to serve Alcohol at your reception,
we ask that you obey State laws with T.A.B.C. Licensed Bar-staff and appropriate security as required. We can assist you in obtaining these
personnel for your event.
Bella Stanza Staff: A member of Bella Stanza’s staff will be onsite during your event to assure your comfort. Please allow our staff to make
adjustments to the HVAC, lighting, etc. We will assist in training your entertainment to utilize the sound system, and coordinate with your
vendors during delivery, storage, pickup, etc.
Our Desire: We want your Ceremony/Reception to be a wonderful experience to always remember. We will do
our best to assist you, and to reduce the stress and pressure that can arise with an event as important as your
wedding reception and allow you to focus on enjoying your special day with your friends and family.
